Citizen Science Teachers on Maui

Middle School Teachers explored the Waikamoi Forest Preserve and the Waihee Dunes and Coastal Wetlands Refuge last week as part of the Maui Watershed Citizen Science Teacher Workshop.  Using iPad Apps for Citizen Science like Project Noah and Marine Debris Tracker, teachers collected data on biodiversity of these unique ecosystems on Maui and logged marine debris found on shore.
